swf is an extension for Flash Movie, you can make a flash movie by downloading Macromedia Flash 8 or Adobe CS3, and then watch some tutourials for more info.

you don't even have flashes so why do you think that?
I'm actually using sothink but it seems not swf and insn't a good flash creator to try to get in here.
